Mr. B.N. Raghunath

As an Advisor – Corporate at KenServe and a Chartered Accountant with three decades of corporate experience to boot, he brings in immense value addition to the company and is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Service offerings of the company from Bangalore.

As a past core management member of Ogilvy India, he has several achievements to his credit. He established the creative hub for Lenovo Worldwide at Bangalore with initial staff strength of 100 under extremely critical timelines and set up strong work processes to make it a robust business unit contributing significantly to Ogìlvy India revenue.

He started several new business streams in Bangalore and managed the new acquisition of WPP Ray & Keshavan Design Associates. He was also into Strategic Planning wherein he was a part of the central core team to develop business plan for Ogilvy India. He was also a part of All India finance team to train senior team members of Ogilvy India offices across the country on Time based Remuneration models. He has worked in senior management positions with Kirloskar Computer Services Ltd., UB Information & Consultancy Services and a short stint with a Medium size sheet metal fabrication company.

Mr. P. N. Kumar

As an Advisor – Corporate, he brings with him deep insights from the Hospitality industry thereby helping KenServe address the needs of this domain.

Among his many accomplishments, he holds the distinction of leading a team of more than 50 finance, secretarial and other hospitality professionals in managing the finances of a 300-room Hotel with 5 restaurants and massive banqueting facilities.

Apart from financial structuring and project management he has done extensive work on revenue management, budgetary control, financial accounting and MIS leading to massive improvements in ARR and Margins. Negotiating with banks /financial institutions for working capital limits and long term funding was an inherent part of the whole process.

He is a seasoned hospitality industry finance professional with a varied experience of more than three decades in a career that started with ITDC Ltd. and a long stint at several properties of the Taj Group of Hotels in India and abroad. He has been a consultant to hotel properties in Kenya and Chennai in the recent past.
