Multi-location Realty Company

The Company is a fast growing global realty major run by die-hard young entrepreneurs and is poised for an exponential growth. We have been retained on a long term basis to create a platform for a programmed growth of the organization.

The project started with a need-gap study of the Structure, the People, Operations and Business Plans.

We have assisted the Company in restructuring it as a group with multifarious activities from buying and selling land & properties, joint development of projects, infrastructure and construction. The group of companies have been formed, structured and capitalized; the core management team has been put in place. Standard Operating Procedures for all activities of the group have been documented and business plans for the next five years  have been documented and shared with the core management team. Assistance in preparing Information Memoranda for the share offers was also part of our scope.

In keeping with the diversification strategy of the company, we have put in action the acquisition of a media company and tie-up with a London based school for schools to be set up in India.

The HR intervention included staffing, documenting the Company policies, assisting and putting in place the job description, KRAs & KPIs.

Relationship Management which is one of the core group strategies has been given a fillip with the implementation of an appropriate CRM Package.

The IT Infrastructure plan including disaster recovery has been presented and further ERP implementation is being taken up in a phased manner.

In addition, key support personnel forming part of the top management have been recruited and put in place. The recruitment also included large number of sales & marketing personnel.

From One Company doing whole lot of activities in the Realty Field, the organization has metamorphosed into a Group of Companies, focused in their area of activity and is better equipped to handle growth in the next five years.

The assignment involved organization structuring, defining and creation of documents relating to Job Descriptions, Key Result Areas, drawing the roadmap for competency mapping, compensation benchmarking and grading, banding and creation of suggestive titles for the entire company.

The compensation benchmarking and recommendations for salary hikes and increments have gone a long way in rationalization of pay structures and efforts at talent acquisition and retention.

The assignment was achieved in a record of 2 months - 2 weeks before the deadline and approved by the Company.
Outsourcing Of Services
Media buying company headquartered in Mumbai

The assignment involves streamlining the service tax system for the entire group of companies and currently deploying a dedicated team to collate data, verify, reconcile and quantification of service tax and CENVAT credit. The service also necessitates updating the client on all circulars, trade notices and its effect on their business and accounting processes.
