Mr. V. Krishnamurthy

As the Founder & Managing Director at KenServe Business Solutions Private Limited, he is responsible for leading and managing the company, as well as integrating and evolving its strategy and service capabilities.

A Post-Graduate in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Mr. V. Krishnamurthy has almost three decades of experience in corporate finance and strategy planning, one of the showcase projects was the Project Columbus at Ogilvy. Other areas encompassed business development viz. concept to execution & revamps for Ogilvy Rural, setting up new initiatives, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments.

Mr. V. Krishnamurthy's career began with Tata Consultancy Services and spanned over three decades with Advertising multi-nationals like Ogilvy & Mather, Grey Worldwide and home grown companies like Mudra and ABCL interspersed with Pudumjee Pulp and Paper mills and Sumeet Machines in the manufacturing sector.

Mr. N. Shastry Tata

As Director at KenServe, and a Company Secretary, Cost Accountant and Legal professional, he brings in a new dimension to audits and legal processes for the company’s clients. His career spanning over three decades of experience in varied Organisations, started with AG’s office and moved on to Documentary Film Producers like Krishnaswamy Associates, Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai (UAE), manufacturing at Guindy Machine Tools Limited and to multinational advertising companies like Rediffusion & Ogilvy.

His vast repertoire of experience includes, establishment of internal audit, SOX & Risk Management as per global standards. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Legal, Company Law and other statutory compliances as applicable to business entities in India, Tax assessments and appeals and IPR related issues have been his forte.

Mr. S. Venkatasubramaniam

As Director at KenServe, and a highly accomplished practicing Chartered Accountant has almost three decades of experience in diverse statutory audits for corporate clients and banks; Wide experience in company law and service tax matters, Wide experience in Income Tax assessments and appeals has also managed accounts process outsourcing centers, he provides advice on all strategic matters.

He is a co-promoter of the first avatar of the company and advises KenServe Business Solutions on all statutory compliance issues of clients.
