India has 350 universities, 18,000 colleges and 6,000 ITIs, which every year come out with about 500,000 technical graduates, of which, according to NASSCOM estimates, 75 per cent are not easily employable, and 2.3 million graduates, of which 90 per cent are considered unemployable.

Addressing the need for employability among young students who are on the threshold of their career, KenServe has conceptualized and designed a unique Industry Simulation Learning Program, called I2I: Institute 2 Industry. I2I will orient students to workplace situations and equip them with skills to not just deal with conflicts but also lead in such times.

I2I interventions are spread out over a period of time, offered in modules giving choice and control of learning to student / college and can be customized to meet college's needs.
