EX-EL is a 2 month Employability Training Programme that focuses on youth skills development thereby bridging the gap between Education and Industry. EX-EL trains youth from the age range of 18-25 years . Trainees can include graduates, undergraduates as well as school drop outs.

This model aptly named "EXEL" stands for "Employment Exchange – Employability Learning".

EX-EL follows a twofold process:

• Phase 1 exposes trainees to innovative and participative methods of employability training along with domain knowledge.
• Phase 2 orients the trainees to the industry standards by means of Apprenticeship, Field visits and constant connect with Industry experts. The training will culminate in to placement which will facilitate a Candidate - Industry Match.
